The Org System is a free tool made for a student club to draft teams and run a participation competition. By signing in, you agree to the following. There is nothing buried here.

Who it is for

Members of the club that runs this system. Signing in with a Google account the officers do not recognise gives you the ordinary member view and nothing more.

What it does

It sorts members into teams, tracks attendance and points, and shows standings. Team assignments and the advice the tool produces are suggestions for the officers, not decisions about anyone's worth or ability. Officers can and do adjust them by hand.

What is asked of you

• Sign in as yourself, not as somebody else.
• Do not try to log points you did not earn, or attendance you did not attend.
• If you are an officer, treat the roster the way you would want yours treated: the notes and personality types on it were given to you in confidence.

Availability

This is a volunteer-run tool hosted on free services. It may be offline, lose data, or be shut down without notice. It is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. Do not rely on it as the only record of anything that matters.

Ending your use

Stop signing in whenever you like, and ask the officers to remove your data. They may remove access for anyone misusing the system.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
