The Org System is a tool a student club uses to sort its members into teams and track participation points. It is run by the club officers listed below, not by a company. This page explains, plainly, what it does with your information.
Only to know who you are. Your email decides whether you see the page as a member, an officer, or the administrator. It is not used for marketing, it is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone outside your club.
In a Google Sheet owned by the club officer who runs the system, and in your own browser's local storage so the page still works if you go offline. There is no separate company database and no third-party analytics.
MBTI is a self-reported questionnaire result, not a measurement of ability. The system uses it for one narrow purpose: spreading different types across teams so no team ends up all alike. It is never used to judge, rank, or exclude anyone. If you would rather not give a real result, give the type you would guess.
You can ask the club officers to correct or delete anything the system holds about you, and they will do it. You can also sign out at any time, and revoke this app's access to your Google account entirely at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
